Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation celebrated in the process of becoming a full member of the Body of Christ. Through Baptism a person is reborn to new life by water and the Holy Spirit and become united to the whole Christian community throughout the world. The newly baptized receives the grace and support to live and grow as a member of the Church.
For Children and Youth (5-17 Years): In preparation for the sacrament of Baptism, the children are required to participate in a formation process for a minimum of 2 years, be they in the Catholic School or Faith Formation Program beginning with the first grade level or later.
